You’ve heard it said that you must balance your home life and your work life to be successful.  But why do so many not get it right?  As far as juggling/balancing acts go, having only two things up in the air doesn’t seem all that tough.  So many struggle with it and get it wrong because the advice is wrong!  Or at the very least, incomplete and misleading.
