Hi James!

Great to see you back, mate. Yeah, Chrome is still lacking in a few places (I really miss my sidebar), but sadly Firefox isn't an option for me. It doesn't run here at all, the pig crashes before it even starts. :-(

BTW, I'm `jackalx@googlewave.com' on Google Wave, feel free to add me to your contacts.

Hi Steve,

I have had my wave account and as such I started to use Chrome, I too was initally impressed but I still prefer firefox, watching some videos is impossible in chrome, but I am sure they will sort this in time.

Good post Steve

I don't see that as "elegant" at all.

What happens the next time you upgrade Chrome? You'll have to re-edit every time. My solution requires no edits or changes to anything. Once you set it up, it works, and doesn't stop working simply because you upgrade your browser.

To make this an even more elegant solution:

You'll probably find that google-chrome is a shell script pointing to /opt/google/bin/chrome ... in which case you'll be able to edit the shellscript accordingly! :)
